SEREIS CTNM has capacity to process paddy 4-8t/h, that produces high quality white rice with automatic operation, easily maintenance, energy saving and prominent quality. The CTNM100 rice producing assemble line combines multi-functions, paddy cleaning, destone, hull husk, paddy separate, rice mill, rice polish, rice grade, colour sorter and automatic pack (option).
The main function machines includes vibration cleaner, gravity destoner, huller, paddy separator, vertical emery roller rice whitener, vertical iron roller rice whitener, rice grader, water polisher, indented cylinder grader and color sorter. These function machines work together produce white rice from paddy. The elevators convey rice flow among these machines. The automatic packer adds capacity to pack 5-50kgs bag products for market sales.
The whole rice process applies integration control system, that ensue automatic control, simply operation, and convenience maintenance. The durable parts ensure long life span and running steadily.
